The silk is used to cover wooden prayer beads which are tied in place by the use of either contrasting or complimentary thread. This single strand necklace is long enough to be wound 3 times giving you a choice of looks. All these one-of-a-kind pieces are created for you by artisans who benefit from a fair wage and good working conditions.
